Computational modeling has become an indispensable tool in modern chemistry, biotechnology and pharmaceutical research and extensively being applied to retrieve critical information from complex chemical and biological data to advance biomedical research and industrial applications. In my research, I implement and integrate these sophisticated tools and analyze complex data to derive testable hypothesis. In particular, my research includes the following computational methodologies integrated with statistical data analysis to solve complex problems in life science and biotechnological applications.
